"Most awful place!! Went for hair trim for my kids. I told them specifically not to make my son’s hair too short as he only needed a trim. Showed them a picture from their website. They didn’t even know of this even though they are employees of Great Clips! Hilarious!! The hairdresser cut his hair really small!! It’s embarrassing. My 10yr old son is so upset!!Don’t waste your money here. Rude staff especially Heather. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Some of the staff is not trained properly which left me completely disappointed. The ugly look haircut that I got from an untrained person that too just ahead of holiday season ruined my festive mood completely. Highly Disappointed. No proper oversight by a qualified manager or owner of the chain."

"Pretty terrible experience. I asked my stylist Debbie to make some adjustments during the haircut (to make them a tad bit shorter) and she was thoroughly irritated by it. She kept on mumbling for the rest of the haircut and treated my hair very roughly with the trimmer. For a minute I was convinced that she might rip through my scalp skin. All this because I asked for a minor correction in the haircut! Never stepping my foot back there."

"I went in for a hair cut on 7/31/23. I asked for a trim, long layers and angled in the front. Needless to say I got a hack job. I went back on 8/1 and the same 2 girls were there. I was told there was nothing wrong with it. Then was told your hair was curly yesterday and today is straight. She wanted to cut more and i said no. I have been there several times and was happy. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. I really wish there was a way I could add the pictures of my hair on here"
