"I love Sofia. She’s the one I go to every time I get something done with my hair. She understands what I want and knows how I like it styled. Normally I have a pleasant time but last visit it felt a little rushed and felt short of time. When I scheduled my appointment her timing was wrong, which was so weird. I don’t mind the wait but while I was waiting I believe, the manager, was a bit rude to one of the associates who was taking care of a client over the phone."
