"M giving them a one star for me to write the review . I used there service for three months and every week that they deliver the uniform I get the wrong size pants wrinkled shirts that are imparising to wear in front of customers. I complained to the service manager Kevin and told him about their service and he told me the he will see what he can do about getting me the uniform. I ended up using my own clothes on and whenever they don’t deliver. Don’t deal with this company save your self the headache there are many other options out there"

"Never again will I use Unifirst or recommend the company. The sales representatives do not contact you or keep you updated once sales are completed. We use Unifirst for both of our companies and I have to say the customer service is horrible. I have never had the worst service, our company is still waiting for uniforms that are already made for over two months. They had to be detached to another location but is taking longer than the order process. It’s been almost 3 months and our other facility is still waiting for uniforms and no one can give me an eta. I also don’t want to drop any names but will have to contact corporate if that is what is needed to have this corrected. Please anyone trying to use Unifirst, do not use them. They are slow and customer service is horrible, no one knows anything about what and where is the items ordered."

"I'm short of uniform constantly. I always have to complain to my boss about it. And it will be fine for a month or 2, then it will happen again. Plus I have been asking to fill up the repair tag slot, but always remain empty. In my old job where I had cintas, I never had a problem"
