American Eagle Store 40 West 34th Street, Manhattan, New York,

"Trash store with trash employees. No wonder it's empty at 230 on a Saturday. First employee was great, welcomed us and was polite. When we made it back to the men's section three employees were too busy arguing and yelling across the store about who put boot cut pants on the wrong shelf the shift before to acknowledge me and my wife. I waited by the dressing room to try something on and got ignored again. My wife went up to one directly and asked for help and the employee ignored her to her face! I yelled out for some help clearly frustrated by their behavior and my wife being ignored. Finally the one my wife approached let out a big sigh, and came to open the dressing room disgusted we interuppted them. But not before cursing me out loud enough under her breath directly in front of me so I could hear it. This wasn't just awful awful employees, these are awful human that work here. Go shop at one of the million other stores so this place shuts down."

"They close the store before the time. I got there at 7:44 pm and the store was closed. I asked the employee why they say it closes at 8pm on the website and he gave me a random excuse. They have their own rules and the information on the website isn't accurate. I needed something really fast that would not take even 5 minutes but I lost my time going there"

"Customer service in store is excellent however the quality of jeans have dropped significantly. The last pair I purchased 3 months ago has developed holes all over from where my cell phone rests In my pocket, knees, and back of my leg. Online customer service does not work with items purchased in store which makes it difficult to find a solution. I wanted an exchange but the hassle isn’t worth it anymore, I just won’t be purchasing American Eagle any longer. Again, in store service was excellent, the people were great, dealing with the folks online may as well have been a completely different company, no help. Left a bad taste."

On my way out you stopped me and asked if I needed anything, I was so furious but you insisted and make not one but two helpful suggestions. Thank you for Turing around my trip to NYC.
