Reviews of Buffalo Exchange
"Let me start off by saying I’m a vintage and thrift LOVER(there is a difference). I also have been to many of the Buffalo Exchanges through out NYC. I recently went to this location to use my gift card and had a poor experience. THEE MOST disorganized location I’ve been to in a very long time. Customer service was non- existent. I walked over to shoes PURE CHAOS! If I’m being honest, the quality of the items are giving more run down than anything. They don’t seem to truly pick special pieces as I’m familiar with. To me this location is in need of some rework."
"To Thea, who was cashiering here around 4pm today, Monday Sept 11: Stop acting miserable. You're reflecting poorly on Buffalo Exchange, and on yourself. Say hello to customers. Maybe thank them. Don't throw their purchases at them once you ring them up. My gut says you're not going far in life, and if you don't adjust your outlook, you're going to fall even further behind."
"Such a great thrift store with a really good stock. The prices are pretty inexpensive, especially given other thrift stores in the city. The store is kept very clean and the workers are friendly. However, it can get a little congested during busy times and the line for the fitting room is usually 10-15 minutes long. Overall, would still recommend."
"A great thrift store to go to , especially in these challenging times, lots of clothes, the prices are reasonable, bring your own bags, save the planet, save your pockets"
"What a great thrift store. We scored some fantastic finds. Customer service was great and everyone was super nice. Go early and line was short"
