"This location should hire staff with common courtesy and more social grace. I literally shop here at least once a week and I see that they have a high staff turnover. Rarely see the same staff month over month. With that said, the girl who assisted me today profiled me and immediately asked if my payment method is still activate once I approached the counter to make a return. And then she asked if I used a gift card to make the purchase. I’m a black woman and can easily sue the company since I was on the phone and this was not only witnessed but recorded."

"Terrible experience buying shoes I recommend never buying shoes at H&M I wasted $50 on boots and two weeks later the heel was broken, I went to the store and they said that they could not do anything, even though was recent, they do not care about customer satisfaction. They are a big retail, a pair of shoes not going to the store broken. So bad materials on it and for $50 it is not worth it at all."

"Enjoy this H&M on 5th. While quite large if you have exactly or something close enough in mind you are looking for you can quickly go to correct floors get in and out without being lured into the massive inventory on every floor. I love the Home floor could spend hours up there. For H&M they honestly have really built out items that for the most part are all high quality and priced relatively what you expect. At first I thought certain items were priced too high but then reading the material and feeling quality, purchasing taking piece home and using it. 100% worth it. From gardening pots, hanging pots, linens, kitchenware, candles that actually have a non department store or typical glade smell and extremely fairly priced. It is a great go to. Highly recommend"

"For a over 3 months I waited to visit this store with the hope of finding a set of pans and sweater that I bought at H&M Michigan Ave in Chicago. The set is beautiful, great quality, only distributed by H&M, but unfortunately I couldn't find it online, neither in this store yesterday. The store serves lots of clients due to its location at Times Square, however they Do a really good job keeping the long lines moving and with a short waiting time, really impressive. I hesitated to make the line for 2 items, however the exclusiveness of the products makes the time and money completely worth it. I left the store happy after the excellent experience I had even when I didn't find the set I was looking for."
