"Had to bring in my car here for diagnosing after I felt my car feel sluggish. I drive a 2011 WRX and wanted to bring it to a Subaru dealership since I felt they would know best. I set up an appointment and on the day of I was greeted by a service advisor Ryan Eavey. Hands down one of the most professional and understanding advisors I have spoken to across most of the dealerships in New Jersey. (I’m looking at you Wayne and Ramsey locations) He explained most of the process and didn’t but any pressure on me to get the service immediately. He also provided me with a shuttle service to and from my work while they worked on the car. At the end of the day when I picked up my car he provided me with the estimate and a parts list included with the diagnosis in case I wanted to take the car to get a quote for repair somewhere else. If you’re in the area and are questioning coming to this dealership for service I highly recommend having Ryan be your service advisor. 10/10"
