"Great store..big variety and very Pleasant and helpful staff."
"Stopped in for the first time, just before closing, looking for dripless advent candles at the last minute. The sales help, though I am sure were ready to close up shop, took the few extra minutes needed to help me make the right selection, wrapped them safely for the trip home and were above and beyond nice. They gained a new customer tonight."
"Love this store. There is a very large variety of high quality cards (Hallmark). If you need a gift for someone (any age) you can find something for everyone. Gifts are of high quality from toys to jewelry to clothin."
"If I could give a zero star I would. I was charged but I was not allowed to leave with any of my items. On August 9th i went to the store to buy a nice last minute gift for my sister. I picked out a necklace and earrings for her as well as a stuff animal for her iPod and another stuff animal for my son. I went to pay and my total came out to be about 52. I had just deposited at the ATM before coming to the store so I decided to pay with my card. Then when I was in the parking lot the tan looking girl told me she had not charged me. I had seen the screen and I am sure I was charged something. Then when I went back my card kept getting declined after getting charged for the same items, I told her to check if she had maybe charged me even partially. Apparently neither her or the shift leader know how to check the history of things charged. I am a cashier so I know a thing or two and I figured maybe the money from the ATM had not been updated yet but even so I had 24 and something cents in there previously before adding 120 dollars that day. I called my bank and they checked the history of my purchases and I had been charged the 24 dollars and the representative spoke to the shift leader and the other tan girl who works at the paper store the workers kept telling me it was not charged despite this. I pulled up my bank app and showed them the transaction from just minutes ago that they had charged me and that I would be more than willing to pay the total due minus what was already charged to my card. They refused. They told me to just call the bank again and cancel it. I did the next day but after a month of paper work the bank said that the store denied everything and refused to reimburse the money, I walked out with nothing, I basically went so they could steal from me. I did go back another day but they kept saying the manager was not there. Just avoid this place and if you do go pay and cash and do not leave without a receipt."
"Lost many customers today. January 21st around 2:30. The workers had terrible manners towards younger kids trying to find gifts for friends. The short blonde hair women followed us around(didn’t catch her name). Complaining we weren’t going to buy anything, while we were waiting for a parent to show up with money. She also told her coworkers we were going to break everything and that we damaged items we did not touch. She made comments such as “I’m going on break so when they steal I won’t be here” her coworkers also pitched in with the ridicule. Once my friends mom showed up we were left alone and they were shocked we were buying stuff. While I had no money on me I had intentions of going back with my mom. But we both agreed terrible service there. My family and all of my friends families won’t go back either. NOT ALL KIDS WILL STEAL. Some of us were raised right. Do not bring your kids unless you want to be accused"
