"Clean store and never had any issues with customer service. Manager helped me out today with a purchase that I came in for that I saw in the app. The price was different than in-store but he was very helpful and courteous. Other associates that work there were also very nice and helpful. Will continue shopping at this location."
"Honestly, I will keep coming here because it is so convenient, but every time I visit I feel like I am let down by customer service. Last time, I was trying to explain that my husband and I were paying separate so the self service scanning his items were not an issue for my clothing. She kept interrupting me and I just went to a different kiosk. The time before that, I had to scan at the customer service desk because there was an issue with the self service scanning. However, she did not get my membership scanned, so I didn’t benefit from the sale occurring at the time. Also, she charged me for a bag even though I told her I brought my own."
"Poor quality control and poor customer service. We bought this shirt last week and found 2 holes in the back. It's already disappointing but they refused to exchange or refund it, as the manager said "I cannot confirm if you damaged the shirt.""
"I went today and I had one of the worst customer experience in my life. The staff was so rude. I wanted to ask someone a question but a person “Sam” said that she wasn’t working. I went to the cashier to find someone else and they made me feel like a burden for asking a question. After I got all my things I went to the cashier and the same person “Sam” was at the cashier checking out, because she was buying something, with someone else at and she was making fun of the situation. They were laughing and giving me and my mother weird looks. This is not customer service. If this is how you treat people you’d Gould not be doing this kind of job."
