"Although I love this store and love the brand they are building there are serious concerns with the customer service in this store. This starts from the manager all the way down, but mainly the manger John. On multiple occasions he has been disrespectful and acts like he runs the world. He has told me before “if you don’t like the customer service take your business elsewhere” “if you don’t like it I won’t ring up the shoe. Finally, my sister went the store earlier and they would just throw the shoe at the counter for her to come and get it. At what shoe store do employees put the shoes on the counter for you to come and grab? Nowhere except Prosper."
