"Great experience at Waves! First off the environment is absolutely stunning. Super chic! A few weeks ago I went in for the first time and had my hair trimmed by Lene. Before my trim, I had my hair washed by Fiona who gave a great scalp massage while she washed my hair. ALSO massage chairs at the shampoo station?! Game changer. Lene is so sweet and knowledgeable and I loved chatting with her. I have had my hair balayaged by a different stylist for several years at a different salon and was starting to become unhappy with how my hair was looking, so I had made mention that I would like to possibly change it up and when I was there for my trim I kind of mentioned what I was looking to do at a future appointment. I made an appointment to change up my hair from blonde balayage to something more me! I have been wanting my hair back to being more brunette for a bit now and Lene took my expectations for how I wanted my hair to look and exceeded them! I am absolutely in love with how my hair turned out and I cannot see myself going elsewhere now. You officially have me as a forever client! Thank you again! Loren"

"The hairdresser DID NOT follow instructions on the hairstyle I had requested, even after showing her two photos of the haircut. The hairdresser acknowledged the cut I wanted and then proceeded to cut my hair the only cut she knew. She used thinning shears on my thick hair!! I had to stop her from cutting my hair any further. My hair looked much prettier walking into the salon than when I left. I absolutely hate my newly cut hair! Very upsetting! I will never return to the Waves Salon in Cranford."

"Waves Salon In Cranford was opened by my stylist Jamie and her partner Carrisa. It is a beautiful salon with rustic modern vibe. The massage chairs that you get to sit in while they are washing your hair are unbelievable. Jamie has been my stylist for many years now and she does an excellent job with everything. I had Color/ balayage/ cut and blow-dry and couldn't be happier!!! Best of Luck to them! You definitely should check it out!"
