"Terrible, rude, unprofessional, overbooked. They don’t keep track of appointments and will lie and say you don’t have one. My boyfriend made me an appointment by phone. We called back the morning of to make sure we were all set and to confirm the address, we got there a few hours later, at my appointment time, and they said they had no clue what we were talking about and we must be at the wrong place. We called in front of them and their phone rang and they confirmed we had the right number. The woman refused to honor my appointment and said they were already overbooked. They didn’t even offer to reschedule me."

"Got my hair done as a walk in and they took me with no problems! Great Stylist who do their work very PROFESSIONALLY and give no attitudes! I’m so used to going to braiding shops and all of the stylists being rude and disrespectful but here they are very professional and put their all into their craft. Their styles are the definition of protective without damaging hair or taking away edges. I’m VERY happy with my hair & I will be coming back.
