"Why have your online portal say there's a 5min wait if I come in, only to be told the second I open the door oh we are fully booked for the day. I thought the point of places like supercuts was to be able to walk in without an appointment. Even then your website said just a 5 minute wait."

"The two fat ladies who work at this salon make an appointment with customer over the phone and then as soon as the customer arrive, they don’t take them for haircut. They are so rude and ask the customer to leave. Half an hour later the ladies are found in the manime doing their mani pedi for two hours during their work hours. This just indicates that the ladies are more interested in self grooming than grooming the customers."

"Hair dresser Brianna genuinely cared to do the haircut that I would be happy with. She consulted my opinions and proposed how she could accomplish what I wanted. The result looks good and I am happy. She made sure not to cut it too short at once as there would've been no way to fix it. Good experience."

"Hair Stylist was very rough during hair and beard trim that she cut my skin several places in head and beard. Also, she did not know to give proper shape to beard. She would not trim bread in uniform manner and keep on changing direction all the time and also would go in circles. This place is worth the money at all."

New barber lady was there and she took 40 minutes to cut my kid’s hair by doing all her experiences on him…finally other lady helped her to finish the cut in 50 minutes, which usually takes 5-10 minutes for kid. Really need to work with the new hire and make sure they are fit for customer expectations handling."
