I gave all Details of my Make and Model BEFORE driving there expecting to receive an oil change for the quoted amount of $110.00. My oil change went from $110.00 to $245.00. They told me I am sorry who ever told you that on the phone was wrong. The man that answered the phone had ALL Details of my vehicle including the vin number. I was taken as a fool because I am a single female . Adding on : It is almost on month later and I have had to call 4 times to try and get this refund back that was promised .
