"The worst experience ever. The staff is rude and the doctor is money hungry and cold. They never take the time to fully explain everything and they always want money for any procedure that they do. Save yourself the hassle and go else where, where the staff and dentist care about your child and are looking to do a good job for your child and not for the money."
"Today was our last appointment with Dr. Kaufman until the next checkup in 6 months. My daughter and I miss him already. He is such an amazing doctor and his staff is wonderful. My daughter's teeth have never looked better, she is not embarrassed to smile anymore. Thank you so much Dr. Kaufman, I wish you treated adults. He is by far the best dentist in the world!!!"
"The boys enjoyed their experience at the dentist with Dr. Kaufman and staff! The staff were welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The facility is beautifully designed with the whole child at heart. The color scheme and equipment is child friendly and customized for children. The facility is located in a great area but lacks parking which is a complaint for most New York businesses. The service that they provided was quick and smooth. At the end of the procedure the boys were given a red ballon, new toothbrush packet and a toy. The loved their time at the dentist and we will recommend there services to both friends and family."
"This guy gets great reviews? Shocked. He said my 5 year old daughter has 4 cavities and 2 need root canals. Went for a second opinion, with my dentist who doesn't work on pediatrics, but he just took a look. He said 2 absolutely need work, 1 being a root canal the other a cavity. This guys office charges 150.00 for gas. Of course my child needed gas EVERY time. The other office I'm taking my child to next charges 50.00 for the gas."
