"So if you want to do a color don’t think about them they will give you the orange color place is clean and nice haircut so nice but don’t change your hair color here"
"UPDATE: My boyfriend & I have been Jaebom’s regular customers for at least 4 years already. Jaebom NEVER disappointed us! We now moved to other state BUT whenever we visited NJ, we just need to book an appointment with him "
"My wife called on Wednesday, asking for an appointment on Saturday and confirmed for Saturday 5pm (11/20). As we were on our way (with three young kids and pushing aside many things for the appointment) we were told…. The appointment was the past Wednesday, which is…. Absurd. Because the call for appointment was made on Wednesday, asking for a Saturday appointment… so how can it be on Wednesday? Anyhow. Why the 1 star? The response to this whole situation. Since we were just about 15 mins away from the shop, we still came to see if another appointment can be made. There was no apology, the receptionist’s attitude was cold. This is predominately a Korean shop and her attitude toward other Korean speaking customers were…. Day and night from her attitude towards us. Interesting. So… maybe it’s the language barrier, maybe it’s cultural stereotype. If you are not Korean or doesn’t speak Korean…. just treat lightly. My wife’s been here once before, the stylist’s skills were good, not extraordinary. This kind of service attitude and hassle isn’t worth the 40 min drive and the $50 cost."
"Having my hair done by them was such a great experience! The salon has a great quiet environment and they really took their time to make sure my hair was the way I wanted it to be, all for a very good price! I’ll definitely be going back"
