"I saw a sign advertising $25 mens haircut so I walked in because I was only looking for a light trim. They messed up my hair completely. The male barber wasn't attentive to details at all. I asked for him to cut my hair to specific lengths. He begins by grabbing the scizzors and starts chopping my hair without wetting it first. Now my sides and front are cut shorter than what I would've liked and uneven, thanks to him now I have to get a second haircut to fix my butchered hair. Walked out of their shop truly in disbelief at his lack of professionalism. It's only $25 men's haircut if you pay cash, they added $10 charge because I was paying by card, I wish I knew in advance but it was my first time there and definitely will be my last."

It was just perfect except for the terrible pain, feeling like my sculp or center of the head seemed horriblely burnt or peeling off too hard when she applied the coloring or dying product right after using the heating device to give more volume over my top head. I almost cried and had to wash my hair very quickly than it was supposed to be remain. Luckily I did not seem to lose my hair so much until today, but the color did not come out very well, and I have a fear I might lose my hair too much soon. However, overall, I was pretty satisfied with Ms. Serri's professional service and kindness."
