"My transmission went in my 2014 dodge ram diesel, after calling around I ended up talking to Chris and he was knowledgeable and helped me have it towed to the shop. The whole process was easy and took the stress out of the repairs to be honest. I figured the transmission would take a few weeks to repair but he had it back to me in less than two weeks. When I got my truck back it drove like new again. Chris went over the options of just doing updates to the trans or a heavy duty update and I went with the heavy duty for towing and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to tow my boat next season with it. Chris even gave me a photo of the transmission before and after which was pretty cool. I wholeheartedly believe this is probably the best transmission shop in new Windsor if not the Hudson valley. They are thorough and take there time to ensure no issues down the road.
