"Was supposed to get a haircut on Christmas Eve. Had the appointment set and everything. The person that was supposed to do the haircut called out, and I didn't get any notification, until AFTER I arrived. Management/Owner did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. When your customer is wronged, you're supposed to make things right. It's called common sense customer service. Very disappointed!"

"Hair Craft Studio is the best in Bergen County for each and every type of hair service you might need. I use Lysa who does my hair in a shag. I love it! I haven't been able to find anyone who does this type of haircut better than Lysa. No matter what your hair type might be, they will fix you up at Hair Craft. They have a ton of extremely talented hair dressers and braiders or extensions. No matter who goes walks into Hair Craft is welcomed with open arms. They listen to you too. I would be honored to let anyone cut my hair there, but Lysa is my girl. My entire Family goes there. My Mom goes to Ginny and my Sisters use Lysa too. I'm not being biased, I just found her. But even if your a dude, you can get a cut. Just call. They will find you someone there to accommodate you!"

I've been coming here since I was a kid, so I've gotten to know the staff, who are very friendly and make me feel comfortable. They are experienced and do incredible work. I had destroyed my hair with an orangey box dye and they were able to give me a vibrant color, restore my hair quality, and leave it silky and smooth. It's a very welcoming atmosphere with talented and very genuine hairdressers."
