"I went here with high hopes and left let down. I started off what seemed in good hands as the lady washed my hair and I told her what I wanted. After my hair was washed, I was passed on to a male in which she had told him I had a picture and what I wanted. I had stated I wanted more curtain bang, but somehow I left with more face frame and a few strands of curtain bang on each side. Literally a few strands. She even told him I wanted more curtain bang as well. He also thought it was polite to mention I have grey hair?? Had to go to a completely other place afterwards to fix it."
