"Got my hair done today at the Hair Factory and I am beyond happy with my end result! The place is big and very clean. Stylist and the receptionist were very welcoming and funny. My stylist today accommodated all my concerns on my hair. She went over our game plan before beginning my hair to confirm we were on the same page with my goals. The whole process was pretty fast and easy. She used this product on my hair that make it feel so soft and smooth. The highlights, cut and blow dry with curls was to perfection. I couldn’t have been any happier at the outcome. I left smiling and received many compliments from friends and family. Will definitely be returning for my touch up!"
