"I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. I bought a Groupon deal for a Keratin treatment through them and the first strike against them was that the deal I bought was advertised wrong. It's your job to make sure, don't blame Groupon. Second strike was when I called to make an appointment and the woman who answers the phone tells me one thing about the product, I show up and the stylist tells me something completely different, causing me to change my schedule and come back another time. When I went back for my new appointment the Keratin didn't take. I was upset after spending all this money so I emailed the company and they wouldn't respond. Strike three. I kept emailing until I heard back, at which point I was told I would be reimbursed. Here I am 3 months later and I was not reimbursed, and not even given the respect of a call back. They have the absolute worst customer service and I will NEVER go to them again."
