"I recommended this salon to my friend because I always thought it was great. They cut my friend's hair completely crooked, it was unbelievable. After she decided to complain, she found out that the hairdresser who had done that to her hair was the ACTUAL OWNER, who's name is FATIMA. When she complained with the owner who messed up her hair, the owner was rude and arrogant, refused to admit her mistake and said she was a professional hairstylist for over 30 years. She clearly got very offended and stuck her finger in my friend's face. IN MY OPINION, THIS IS A PRETTY EMBARRASSING JOB FOR A HAIRSTYLIST WITH SO MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. I believe I could have cut my friend's hair more straight than she did at home with my kitchen scissors. And one more detail, FATIMA refused to apologize and provide a refund. BEWARE!!! They only post photos of the nice outcome's of the client's hair."
