Not only did she see me for a consultation immediately, but she was honest about the process and condition of my hair at the time. I could tell she really cared and wanted the best result not only for me to look/feel good, but to keep the integrity of my hair. She did an amazing job with my color (gave me exactly what I was hoping to achieve) and put in beautiful tape in extensions that look extremely natural. Not only was her service fantastic, her energy was warm and welcoming. Everyone at the salon is friendly and helpful (especially Anthony who had me cracking up the whole appointment). If I didn’t live in LA, this would be my go to salon. I will be back!"
