"If there's one thing you don't do, it's be late for a wedding hair appointment. My wedding was Friday, November 17, 2023 and I had a hair appointment scheduled here for weeks before my wedding, with the timing carefully planned. Appointment was for Noon. At 11 I get a call to tell me that they can't do noon and have to change my appt to 12:30. I tell the woman that it's my wedding day and I can't do later, and she tells me, well I didn't know that it was YOUR wedding. What?? You knew it was a wedding updo! No matter whose wedding it is, it's a wedding! Then she tells me she's not sure that she can even take me at exactly 12:30! No, no, and no. No shenanigans for a wedding. And how late could you possibly be running by 11am? It was very clear that this salon does not have its priorities straight. If you need hair done for something special at a specific time, this is not the place."
