"They are not qualified to do any major works although he will claim he can. He charged more than $6000 to put a used engine, never gave any paperwork for the engine or its warranty. Immediately out of the door the car won’t start he said I have to take it to the dealer to fix the electrical problem! Later and after the car had run less than 4000 miles and I went back to him to fix oil leaks he asked for more money. Avoid this kind of incompetent shops especially for any major work. Unfortunately you think he is trustworthy but after they get the money they do not care. See other folks reviews confirming the same attitude. I think the max thing they can do is oil change or filter change or replace a tire. Any major work they will fail but they will get the money. If I can go back in time I won’t pay him anything without getting written 6 months warranty and won’t pay anything until I see the car is actually running. I advise avoiding this garage because they take the money and do not guarantee their work. They pretend to be righteous and pious, and after taking the money there is no guarantee. I will file an official complaint because he took the money and did not give me a paper with information about the engine that he installed. He is not qualified to do any complex repairs. He can only dismantle a tire or filter, and more than that, do not give him any work."
"Went in with a check engine light for an EVAP code. Mechanic came up with a laundry list of parts that needed replacement, which would have cost over $500 before labor. I might have gone through with it too, except I'd replaced one of those parts less than a year ago with an OEM part. Red flag number one. I suspected one of the other parts, so I had that replaced. Part cost $230, and labor was $100. Check engine light came back on in two days. ANY competent mechanic would have known that the most common cause for the code was a faulty gas cap, a $25 part that anyone can replace themselves. I got an OEM gas cap on Amazon, replaced it, and I've been check engine light free for over 200 miles. If I hadn't known any better, this shop would have charged me close to a $1000 in parts and labor for a code that ANY competent mechanic would have known was most likely just a faulty gas cap. I don't question this shop's competence, just its integrity. They will try to take you for a ride if they feel that they can. Do your homework and try to find an honest mechanic (like finding a needle in a haystack). Honestly, take it to the dealership before you take it to this place. You might pay more per repair, but you'll likely be paying for work that you actually need and will resolve your problem."
"All I wanted was to got my car make general maintenance and change filters, oil and tires, I have paid nearly $2000, but I had to deal with the new problems for 2 weeks after maintenance. They do not care after they got money. Amazingly bad, not on time, always late, expensive, poor quality, unkind and stubborn staff."
