"I stopped at this location after visiting the area for an athletic event for my son when I suddenly had low tire pressure and was concerned I would not get home safely. After seeing the air machine was not for public use, I asked one of the attendants if he could help me (I forgot to get his name). He kindly stopped what he was doing, came with me to the car, visibly checked the tire for damage, filled it with air, and I was on my way. The tire held up for the 40 minute ride home. He could not have been a kinder young man and truly appreciated his help during my time of need. He could have directed me to another gas station that had a public machine but instead, took the time to make my day a little better. Thank you again for your service and I am sorry I did not get your name."

"I had the most bizarre day at NP Fuel Mechanic Shop. I had a flat tire just feet away from the shop in pouring rain. With no other options, I pulled into their nearly empty garage, but oddly, the mechanic decided to change my tire in the rain. He initially said it would be $40, already steep to just switch to my spare. Then, out of the blue, he said the lug nuts were so tight it would cost between $80-$100. Shocked, I spoke with the manager, who barely looked up from her phone, only to hear her say it was $75. I argued this ridiculous price and she lowered it to $50. And when I tried to show her how quick the job was, she actually blocked the door, thinking I would run off without paying. The blonde manager was outright rude, yelling at the mechanic and me as she tried to squeeze an absurd $80-$100 from a simple spare tire change. An absolute nightmare of an experience, I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this place."

"During the gas shortage kids running the pumps did not take people in order. The owner is also a hot head cam out yelling at me when I said something. Worse station ever. Also had a car in for repair and he wanted about $1500 to fix it for a simple fix, I usually just say go ahead by my gut was saying no so brought it some place else it was a $300 part and $300 in labor to fix what he wanted to charge me more than double for."
