"3 stars for the experience i.e. talking to him, but -2 stars for my hair lightening. I paid for full hair coloring after 8 months of growth and it didn’t look like like he did much for $300, besides give me money pieces. There was a halo left at the top of my head, and putting in keratin hair didn’t even blend it out. I guess he didn’t understand that I didn’t want ombré? Or a halo when I paid for full color? The color itself was decent, neutral tones… but he left many warm tones already in there, so I don’t feel great about that either."
