I have a ton of anxiety with dentists, so when I had to get my permanent wire behind my teeth replaced and did not have an orthodontist in NY (I moved here about 2 years ago), I had no idea what to do. I was recommended to see Dr. Kothari and I am SO glad I was. The front desk staff was SO patient and kind with me on the phone gathering my information and making the appointment, the hygienist (who's name I cannot remember I am so sorry!) was SO kind and explained everything to me, and Dr. Kothari was thorough and described everything to me before he did it.
