He worked so hard to get to where he is by being a caring, hard working dentist to his patients. It’s such a shame how people try to lie to take an advantage of him."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The dentists were very good and kid friendly, but the billing department would be better run by chimps! Elana is a nasty person who has no business in customer service. Our daughter had a major surgery performed and the day after, Elana called my wife and demanded we pay the whole bill (over $4000) before they sent the claim to insurance. She said that insurance would mail us the check for what our plan covered. Well, 2 months later, no check, so we called to get an update and were told the claim had not been submitted. I called my insurance company, and not only had a claim been submitted, they had already sent a check to the dentists office (as directed by the billing office, even though they told me the check would be sent to our home) and they had cashed it already! I called again, only to have Elana yell at me and hang up. She did call back later and explain that the check would be mailed to us the following Monday. We waited until Friday, still no check. When I called her to ask, she again yelled at, me stating she never told me she would send a check and hung up. Needless to say I was appalled by this treatment. Once again, she called back later to say that, even though we had paid IN FULL before they sent a claim to insurance, she would have a check worth half of the check my insurance company wrote them, and it would be available for pick up by Wednesday the following week. Not only is that strange to get half of that check when we had paid our full bill... but she didnt have the check when we came on Wednesday. This woman is by far the most unqualified person I have ever encountered in billing/ customer service. I created this account only so that I could warn people against this scam of a business. Do not go to this place, but if you do... DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM IS SENT!!! I have a hunch that Elana is embezzling money from here boss/customers, as there is no other reason to receive half of what my refund should have been when we paid the full bill before the claim was sent. So messed up!!!"

This is one of the rare offices with board certified dentist and physician anesthesiologists providing sedation and anesthesia for cases while a separate dentist provides the dentistry."

"Beautiful office with state of the art equipment. Came there with a friend who brought her son in for an appointment and was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Jacobson's professionalism. Will definitely recommend this office for anyone willing to travel to the city and will definitely some back myself!"
