"Both my children needed serious dental procedures and I was quite nervous about their fear and discomfort. The dentists are amazing with kids and great at making them comfortable. They work quickly and skillfully. I could not have asked for a better experience, and we have been coming there for 2 years. If you can’t get through to the office on the phone, email them and they will call you."
"I have years taking my daughter to this place. The staff and doctors are polite and experienced. My daughter doesn’t have any issues or complaints. She enjoys going to the dentist office, Doctor Desiree Laracuente is an excellent dentist."
"I took my daughter here and it was a pretty good experience. Not a long wait time, my daughter had no issues either. Front desk answered any and all questions I had. The manager was very nice and polite. Definitely recommend this place"
"Extremely disappointed with the overall experience at this pediatric dentist office. My niece recommended them, but I was not satisfied with either the place, the doctor and her dental assistant (who did the cleaning of my son's teeth, it was not even the doctor). Very rude attitude, no patience with kids."
"horrible traumatic experience. first, i admit i had a cavity in a tooth, so that is on me. they decided to treat that cavity with a filling. after getting my filling done, i realized i couldn’t floss in between that tooth & the tooth next to it, THEY HAD FILLED IN BETWEEN MY TEETH. i didn’t think much of it. my next appointment was for a cleaning & they had asked me if anything was bothering me or if i had any questions. and since these doctors always say “floss everyday, floss everyday, floss everyday” i had told them that day i wasn’t able to floss because of the filling & THE VERY OWN dr laracuente forced a thick floss in between my teeth!!!!! this caused the previous filling to fall off my tooth!!!! they told me i had that hole prior to that appointment . they let me walk out their dentist office with AN OPEN CAVITY. and to make matters worse their horrible receptionist gave me an appointment for “the new filling” in 2 MONTHS!!! I didn’t think the “hole” in my tooth was a big deal but then i spent the rest of the day feeling air go thru that hole & it was just sensitive. i called the next day to kindly ask if i could have a much earlier appointment because i had an OPEN CAVITY due to what they did!!! the receptionist told me i could only get an appointment a day earlier from the original appointment & then hung up on me so i tried my best to take care of that tooth until my next appointment. fast forward to the day of the filling appointment , i got the filling with no problems & went on about my day. 2 WEEKS LATER, my tooth was extremely sensitive & i was in so much pain. i was taking painkillers to try and calm down the pain but it was no use. i went into their clinic looking for answers & they told me that this was not their fault and rather my fault because my cavity was just too deep which is what caused the filling to come out & that now i need a root canal!!!! WELL OBVIOUSLY MY CAVITY WAS TOO DEEP NOW BECAUSE YOU LEFT ME WITH AN OPEN CAVITY FOR 2 MONTHS!!! they never acknowledged the fact that A. the filling was made incorrect by filling in between my teeth B. they wrongfully forced a thick floss in between my teeth and C. i had explained to the receptionist that i had a hole in my tooth & she did not care. a root canal is not even a service they offer so i had to go search for a general dentist office on my own. this was a very unnecessary, traumatic AND EXTREMELY PAINFUL experience for a teenager. not to mention it’s most probable that the root canal tooth will one day break & fall off. you’re better off going somewhere else."
