"Front desk staff was very nice. However, the pediatric dentist and their assistant had zero bed-side manner for a first time toddler dental check up. 1. Neither the dentist nor the dental assistant introduced themselves, 2. Both wore masks and head-gear - so not very approachable for a two year old to understand the process, 3. Dentist immediately asked to have the toddler sit down for a "dental cleaning", not asking what the reason for the visit was, no history take in. 4. Post dental evaluation dentist asked weather we have other kids and/or whether we are planning to have more kids. The whole interaction with the dentist was absolutely inappropriate and not at all patient centric. As a medical professional myself I am more than disappointed."

"Nice office. Convenient location. Just wish they saw one person at a time. They see three people at a time. Quarters are cramped in the back and you feel like you’re in the way as a parent. Other than that, it’s fine."

"My daughter had her second dental check up at this location and it was super quick! Really nice people and made us feel comfortable. Their waiting area is very clean and has lots of books that my daughter enjoyed them a lot!"

"The staff is always pleasant, soft spoken, patient and accommodating. The dentist is respectful with parents decisions and is gentle with the children. The atmosphere is kid friendly and offers patients programs to watch during their session. We’ve been patients for the last several years and will continue being seen at the park slope office. Definitely recommend :)"

"First time at Hello Smile and I am so satisfied. My six year old Ezra went in for a cleaning. He had a lot of build up on his teeth. The hygienist took x-rays, scraped my son's teeth and demonstrated proper brushing. The doctor came in and talked about the X-rays, and my son's overall teeth health. I love the cleaning the hygienist did. He was patient and thoroughly did a great cleaning giving my son back his handsome smile. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I would recommend."
