"The service here is always great and friendly. My son loves coming every time he has an appointment"
"EDIT changed to 5 stars: I received a call from Amy Frankel (Dr. Frankel’s wife who runs this location) to rectify the situation and I greatly appreciate all of her help. I was very flustered and upset about this ordeal to the point I was in tears but Amy made me feel SO much better. She gave my daughter another appointment for this week & assured me that she will have a conversation with Uquana (the dental assistant) about her behavior. I just want to make clear that this dental office as a whole is a great practice, if they weren’t I would not have been going here for all these years. My original review was not to deter anyone from going here but to be aware of that specific dental assistant & what may occur if she is assigned for your child’s treatment. Previous Review was 1 star: I went here as a child & I have been bringing both of my kids here since they were babies. I love the dentists & the front desk ladies. The main issue I have is with the tall light skin African American DENTAL ASSISTANT (not even the actual dentist who didn’t have any objections to what I said btw) who loves to go back and forth with parents about their children (this is not the first time I’ve been through this with the same dental assistant). If I specifically ask you not to lie to my child and let them know that you are about to stick them in their mouth with a needle it’s for a reason! I know how my child will react, and it won’t be good! She proceeded to tell me how “that’s not how they work”, “she been working there 23 yrs”, & telling me that “I’m not a nice person” … all because I’m advocating for my child like I’m supposed to! I know what works for my children because I have been raising them for 11 years NOT HER. I understand that their methods may work for some children but that does not mean that it works for ALL CHILDREN. If a parent is telling you that this does not work well for their child she should respect that, not proceed to go back and forth with them, it’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My daughter has the RIGHT to be informed about everything that is about to be done to her, she also has the right to make sure I’m there to hold her hand if that’s what she wants, I don’t understand why this lady thinks she can deny my child of these rights as a patient. Maybe she needs to be taught the patients bill of rights or something. I’m very upset that I wasted money on a taxi because my daughter did not get the procedure she was supposed to and had to miss a day of school for nothing all because this lady couldn’t be professional and respect my wishes regarding treatment as my child’s mother who knows what’s best for her. As far as I’m concerned she is NOT allowed to work with my children ever again and something needs to be done about her behavior. I deserve an apology because I’m literally sick and tired of her doing this to me and my children."
"The best dentist facility in town! Receptionist very friendly quick & attentive, greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. Thats a major key for me when coming into a new office, I like feeling welcomed. No long wait time, hygienist very friendly & knowledgeable. Very clean. Awesome work. Would recommend to any of my family & friends."
"As a parent, finding a dental office that caters to both the dental needs of my child and the comfort of our family has been a top priority. Thankfully, our experience at the pediatric dentist office has been nothing short of outstanding, thanks in large part to their incredible Front Desk Receptionist! From the moment we stepped into the office, the receptionist warmly greeted us with a genuine smile, instantly putting our child at ease. Their impeccable professionalism and warm demeanor created a friendly atmosphere that made each visit enjoyable. Not only was the receptionist efficient in handling appointments and paperwork, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that we understood every aspect of our child’s treatment plan. They patiently answered our questions and addressed any concerns, making us feel valued as parents."
