"I would like to just share the fact that I experienced. In accordance with their instructions, I had the root canal specialist operate my crack in my teeth. They said the operation went well. Two days later temporary crown on my teeth came off. I called the dentist and they said I did not need to do anything. Finally, another big crack was created. Upon my request, the manager (Ms.R) did not give me the confirmation on the next appointment after they promised to do. After my second reminder, Mr. R set the reservation one week from then. Sadly, the day before my operation, Ms. R called me to postpone my operation because she wanted to prioritize other emergency operation (I found that my case is not their priority). I got all the money refunded eventually but I had no choice but to lose and implant my teeth (if I continue to go this clinic). I changed the dentist and found that big crack was not so deep that I could preserve my teeth without implant. Personally, I felt that the manager (Ms.R) did not respond timely and she even refused to talk with me because she said she had a headache (she showed me her medicine). The manager looks very friendly but I felt that her priority is not a patient but to make patient follow her instructions (to be sure, other staff in the clinic are very kind and willing to hear the voice of patients but Ms. R did not). It seems that the doctor (Dr. C) do not have enough experience although he speaks confidently. With my broke teeth, he tried to convince me that I should feel fine as all fee was refunded. Absolutely not, because I lost my teeth because of their operation. I had the chance to succeed in my operation with other dentist. After our discussion, he asked me if I wanted to give up refund. I felt I was threatened. He is a totally smart Harvard guy but I am not sure he is good at understanding patient`s pains and feeling. I am afraid that their overconfidence, lack of experience and carefulness, which comes from self-rightness and self-protection, sometime lead to misjudge as dentist. I also find other doctors than Dr. C are quite kind and really work for patients. My advice is to chose good doctors in this group and try to speak other person than Ms. R in the reception as they are very kind. I wanted to continue to go to the clinic as it is convenient to go, but I could not continue my operation as we could not built trust between us. Have a great day guys."

"I need a lot of dental work done. I kind of hate the dentist and have been avoiding it for years. The whole process makes me uncomfortable and nervous. I had a cleaning today before having a procedure done and I have to say, the hygienist Tammy Cruz, was amazing. She kept checking in with me to see how I was feeling, made me feel very comfortable, gave me short breaks in between each step, and made the overall process very enjoyable. She’ll be the reason I keep coming back."
