"I am a senior and should receive the senior price of$13.00. I was sent a$5.00 coupon on my email as I have been a customer. When I went to check out I informed Alex, who gave me a great cut I should mention, but she charges me$18.00 at first. Then I said I was a senior and that I also had a coupon. She still charged me$13.00. There was no sign saying I couldn't use a coupon on a store discount for seniors. I was disturbed by this . I have since been sent an additional coupon and I plan to revisit the store to discuss it further."
