"DR. Franklin is very professional and i love how patient she is with kids. i work in the medical field too and i know working with kids is not easy. but Dr.Franklin is so nice and easy going that both of my kids felt so comfortable with her. the fact the she explained everything to my children helped to calm them down. i love that she takes into consideration if there is anything else that she needs to do to make the experience better.. i asked a few questions and she was very professional and caring. the first time i went, there was this one receptionist, she was so nice, friendly and very professional.. i cant recall her name but she was very nice. i talked to her like i have known her for years and she did the same. there is another receptionist but i had a better connection with the first lady i had. the assistant, he is such a sweetheart!! very humble and super patient. i highly recommend this office to any parent out there. trust me, your child will do pretty well. they welcome every patient in such a respectful, professional and kind way. thanks Dr. Franklin for making this experience very pleasant."
"She's so professional & great with kids. I was having a hard time getting dentists to get work done on my daughter because she's very difficult. She wouldn't let the dentist do their job. Dr. Franklin and her staff were so polite and made us feel so comfortable. Highly recommend her."
