"Scheduled a 430pm appointment in person two weeks prior. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she has been trying to reach me- I told her I received no phone calls.... and then I see how my number is written. Completely illegible. She then tells me there is no hygienist in the office at this time to see me. So you scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and didn't look to see if you had the staff to treat patients? There are other dental care specialists in the area. Use those."
