I’ve been getting my nails done by Ruby and her pricing is so reasonable considering how meticulous she is with my nails/design. Also, the place is so clean and everyone is friendly."

Lily was my tech and let me just say she took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted!! I am in all. I’m obsessed with my nails!! Will definitely be going back to her for my fills."

"Love the place. Haven’t been in a nail salon in over 3 years. Felt like getting my nails done one day, googled what I had around and came here. You are welcomed as soon as you open that door. Everyone is friendly and nice. Prices are good. Today was my third time here and walked out happy. I’ve had my nails done by Lily and Emily and they are great!! 100% recommend."

"Horrible experience, will not be returning. I decided to treat myself for my birthday today to get my nails done and had the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I used to go to coconails and never had a bad experience. The lady who I saw today was extremely rude. I should have walked out when she, I believer her name is Michele, gave me an attitude about the color. She showed me a color that I did not like, when I picked the color she placed it down and said this is the color I just showed you, it was not. I explained she showed me the darker color next to it. I then received a text while she worked on my left hand. I used my right hand to answer a text and she put her hands up rudely and said "Are you done? I'll wait for you to be done. Go ahead" As the service continued she seemed to be very annoyed with me, giving me dirty looks as if my hands were not relaxed enough. I asked the nail tech next to her, which I later found out was the owner, Ruby, if I should hold my hands different as I was not understanding. All the techs were talking in their language and laughing. While Michele was doing my nails I noticed they were not Coffin and asked for her to fix it and she said just wait. I waited and still my nails are square and definitely not coffin. Michele then said she was not doing my pedicure and I can wait for someone else. She once again had an attitude when saying it. My pedicure and wax experience was way better! At the end of my service I complained to Ruby about my experience. I also showed her that my nails were not Coffin as I asked, instead they were square. Ruby offered to fix it or give a gift card for me to return. The worst part is Ruby admitted that the lady was talking about me saying that I was stiff when she was doing my nails! Will definitely not be returning and will be going back to my original nail salon!"

"I was in town from FL visiting family for the week and did not have an appointment. I came across this location after searching places near me and let me tell you they did not disappoint. My biggest fear was quality and prices, but everything was exceptional! It was a friendly atmosphere, no wait time either! Don was my tech and he listened to what I wanted and always made sure to check if I was happy with one nail before continuing with the rest of the work. The nail tech beside him was also sweet! Thanks for caring for me! Will certainly return when I come back to visit my family!!"
