"They seem to only have one dispatcher, and she is over worked not reliable. Their customer service and communication needs drastic work. First they told me my car was in Rio Grande, when it was in fact in Court House. After telling me that she made a mistake, and my vehicle was actually located in courthouse, they told me that they close at 4PM and i would not be able to pick it up till the next morning at 9am. That was a lie, they are in fact open 24 hours on call since it’s not even a facility but rather just a scrap yard ran by the on call drivers on duty. After returning to the Court House location she told me the Driver would be there waiting for me. After waited patiently for over 2 hours They charged me $45 for a Admin fee, which i was told was the charge just for the tow truck driver to give me my keys. So i basically paid $45 to sit in a parking lot for over 2 hours and waste a day of not having my vehicle because they have one woman working like 7 different phones for one company and everything gets lost in translation. I don’t blame the lady trying to do her job i blame the huge company for being so cheap and not hiring more employees then taxing me ridiculous fees for no reason and lying to me"
"Last night I had my car towed from a busy roadway, a bus driver came within inches of the tow guy. This guy was efficient, friendly, professional and really concerned about my well being. Whoever towed my car off of route 40 in the dark, deserves a bonus on top my tip. Thank you ANA for providing a professional once again?"
"we used geico roadside assistance for a tow when the battery died in our vehicle. we waited approximately an hour for our tow truck driver to come. Raheem was very helpful, kind, and a good conversationalist. he did quick and efficient work, and got us to our destination safely. he even let us ride in the tow truck with him even though we had originally stated no one was accompanying him."
"I arranged through AAA to have a tow of my vehicle after it had broken down. AAA advised that they would contact a local tow and would have the driver call me prior to responding to discuss logistics in regards to who he needed to take as passengers along with the tow. Three hours later I received a phone call from ANA Towing advising that the driver was on location. I went outside and discovered the tow operator rummaging through my vehicle looking for the key. The tow operator advised that he did not need anyone to accompany him during the tow to the dealership and loaded my vehicle for transport. Approximately 10 minutes later I received a text from an unknown number stating “do you want to leave a tip”. I assumed this to be from the tow operator and while processing on how to respond, he called my phone and stated that he was still on location and asked if I wanted to come outside and give him a tip. This was very off putting to me but how do you not tip someone who is bold enough to ask for one? I tipped the operator $20 out of fear that he may not “handle my car professionally “. Three hour wait, no phone call, entering my vehicle without me present and asking for a tip!! Terrible experience and would not recommend. *****update***** someone from the tow company contacted me and asked for more information claiming that they were going to investigate it. It’s been two months and I haven’t heard anything back."
