"Very unsettling was my experience at this store. I paid them for a pair of shoes tagged at 49.99 with 100$ bill and they ripped me off fifty dollars more and I got no change in return. They claim the camera in the back of the store shows the employee doing the right thing but I think he is actually trying to keep his pockets well fed. If you need shoes watch out for the sales reps at this footlocker. Shady and not well-to-do in the least. Btw I waited an hour after the store employees made the mistake of stealing in plain view for my change and never got it."

"The worst customer service I have ever seen , I am shopping in foot locker stores for my kid and myself very often, but at this store I don’t want to buy even a sock , there is no service at all , I tried to talk one of the girls in the store to ask her if they have my size of sneakers , first she gave me an attitude like I am asking smth extraordinary and she acted like she give me a favor to look in their app , then she said she will bring my size and disappeared , I was waiting for 20 min after I saw her to ask about my pair of sneakers and she even didn’t want to talk to me , really ????? I came up to her and politely wanted to ask but she turned even though she saw me . I don’t really understand does the store wants to make sales or they are giving a favor to their clients , what’s going on ?? Again never would go back there , the attitude they are giving is unacceptable"

"the most awful service I could see, there is no Fitting room not one of the staff did not come up and did not continue to help although they were free they stood at the door and just talked among themselves in anticipation of the following customers I was asked to change into a toilet in the toilet, I asked at least a chair for what the employee replied, you can put on the floor in the toilet, while I tried to put something on there, they fell on the floor, I felt so much nerve, although I was tuned for good purchases in this store to the store, there was no complaint about the product, and all the staff needed to be fined properly so that they would talk less and work more"
