"Honestly I never thought it possible nor did I truly befall the wonderful reviews about painless root canal but I am now a believer!! Had root canal done yesterday ( I’m petrified of dentists) and it was done in about 20 minutes and not a drop of pain. I waited to write this review as I thought I’d get pain once the anesthetic wore off but here I am 24 hrs pain free. Just some soreness where the needle to numb me was placed. Dr. Chang is the absolute best and his assistant Kelly was very compassionate and put me at ease. Thank you both for the wonderful care I received yesterday. Helping to restore my confidence in dentists!!"

"First, at booking, the staff told me the wrong date and when they called to confirm, they told me I am scheduled a week earlier. Second, they told me my insurance is not active, but it was! They had to look into it again and they got it straight. The appointment day arrives and it was awful! I am a gagger and informed the dr. Unfortunately during the procedure they had to stop because I became really nauseous. The way the dr spoke to me and treated me caught me off guard. Extremely rude and super inpatient! I get it, it's an inconvenience to stop and have to re-clean the area but he needs to learn how to speak with the patients. Never in my life a dr spoke to me this way."
