"I had been hit and was going in for body work an alignment and a leak. I received no updates on my vehicle throughout the whole process until it was finished and ready for pick up. I asked if they fixed everything and they said they didn’t fix the leak I asked to speak to manager about why my vehicle wasn’t fully repaired and I was told that it wasn’t apart of the original damage they were supposed to be fixing which is not at all the case. Before I was hit I had no leak, and now it is still leaking. But because it was a “rare and unlikely outcome” they wouldn’t take care of it"

"Had repairs made through an insurance claim. Roof was damaged during repairs and I had to take it back. Welds are hideous and mirror cap was scratched. Been waiting over a month for a new cap and keys to the new door. Have called every week and have gotten no clarification. Staff is friendly though, hence the one star."
