"I have been getting pedicures for over 30 years, I have given Best Nails 2 visits, first visit pedicure was good but not very friendly and they do not take credit cards but you can use their ATM with surcharge. No signs stating they don't take credit. Wasn't happening for me. Gave second try today 1/29/24 I paid 35.00 for basically a sloppy nail cut and washing of my feet. I asked the young Man a few times if he was giving me a pedicure or a nail trimming? I paid and told the gentleman at the desk it was the worse pedicure I ever had, he said so sorry. A " Sorry" didn't work so now they get the 1 star review and earned it. First time I never tipped."
"Best nails has been my favorite salon for years. They take such good care of me and my mom and do their absolute most to make sure we have a pleasant experience. Now that they've upgraded the salon and added new designs, I will be making sure to come back more often. Staff are always super friendly, salon is always clean, always felt welcome."

"I've been going to Best Nails for my nails and I'm so happy with my nails every time they all ways make them so pretty. I went to different Salons looking for the best manicurist, and in the end I am satisfied. Great experience. Comfortable, and excellent work. The staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The man who did my nails took the time to make sure each nail was even and beautiful."
"Quality / Service / Care has gone down significantly. (Pictures will be posted!) I have been going here for 6 years. During Covid I refused to go anywhere but finally got back into the swing and was so excited to come back to my 'favorite' place. Now I don't think that anymore. I got a dip set, and a pedicure. I went 5 days before I was suppose to leave for my vacation. I picked out a wonderful dip color and got the same for my feet. I had a very friendly nail tech named Lucky. Lucky was fun and didn't do a bad job with my pedicure... or so I thought. Lucky also did my dip powder and had to get switched to another customer to do their feet and Tina finished my nails. ALL OF MY DIP POWDER NAILS WERE OFF IN 2 DAYS! Within the first hour because of the HORRIBLE prep job my nails started to peel up from the front of my nail. I was worried by the next day because 8 out of 10 nails were lifting. When I called and a gentleman answered I explained what happened, got asked who, and then that I won't really be able to come back in. I worked the rest of the week during their hours of operation. (Their times are 9am - 6pm not 7pm.) The man asked if I could come in after work which I get done at 5:30. There is NO time for me. He then said he is trying to do me a favor. What favor? My nails were messed up by YOUR establishment. They wanted me to wait until Saturday. (I couldn't due to work) As they should be certified nail techs they should know lifting nails in the way I described and with the work that I do which was also described; you can get infections in-between the real nail and fake nail. The final straw was that there was no arch for the nail, bumps were all over, and a few nails were on a downward angle. The next day after calling I noticed the paint on my toes were also coming off. This has NEVER happened before. My toes hold paint. This WHOLE experience makes me unhappy, and was very anxious to even try to go back there after getting back from my vacation. It took 2.5 HOURS to do my nails. You have lost at least 3 customers due to your unprofessionalism. Pictures are from day 2 of having them on."
