"I made an appointment to have a cleaning done- I was specific about it over the phone and I was told I could get one by the end of the month. A day before my appointment I get a call saying that because they are "short-staffed" on my day, they'll need to push it back a week. Fine. I arrive, they did an x-ray and examination, and afterwards told me they "don't have time" to do the cleaning that I had an appointment for. And that their next availability is in 5 months. Otherwise they were very nice folks but someone dropped the ball."

"Dentist Wong - travels from NY to enjoy visits to Casino, he told me .This is his gig every Friday to work here. I had dentures made with a front tooth that is protruding , I now have teeth I can not eat with or talk . They protrude out so obviously. He refuses to see his error. He took out a tooth with leaving remaining parts as seen in new X-ray. Stay away , he is careless and in my opinion incompetent."
