"Had recently decided to stop getting our routine oil changes from the service department at Pine Belt because they were too expensive for our budget. Service was fine, just wanted to save a few bucks and go somewhere else. Then received a call from them out of the blue offering $20 off an oil change. The car was due and the price was right, so we scheduled the appointment. Today my wife sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours while they changed the oil. The appointment had been booked for weeks. When it was time to pay, the cashier had no knowledge of the $20 off promotion and said the discount could not be applied without a coupon. That's an interesting way to try and keep customers. Promise a discount and then gaslight them into thinking they dreamt it up. Anyway, I don't think we'll be returning."

"I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado and a Salesman name was Frank and he was fantastic and it went so fast that you know what I literally forgot to walk around and check the truck out the body the bumpers and all that stuff well within the first couple of days I found some things talk to him and I found myself at the service center between Frank and the people in the service center they resolved my first issue my Nexus you came up that there was a spot and the tailgate which I never looked at when you would open and close it and once again Frank and the service people not only fixed it they painted it and none of this has cost me a dime so Pine Belt Chevrolet I give you guys a 10 all day long"
