"Best bodyshop in the Toms River area! The family and I have used Jacks for decades. There is even an Enterprise Rent a Car located in the same building. Very modern shop with the best,and most knowledgeable employees in the business."
"This place has changed. Used to be very good and has went downhill. They will speak to you very nicely and yes you to death. In the end they are out for themselves. The customer service is in the toilet. There is no communication between themselves. They do not know how to run a business from the corporate office to the person that runs the credit card through the machine. They kept my car for a month because they didn't do a preliminary evaluation and just went off a estimate from the insurance company. So when the found more damage it sat there until insurance approved additional repairs. When I specifically asked them for help because I was taking vacation days to fix my car because I did not have rental insurance (not their problem but just asked what they could do to get it done as soon as possible). No sense of urgency was given to me what so ever. Got a call a week and a half after dropping off the car that I had to come sign the paperwork before they can work on it (signed the paperwork day after I dropped it off no one put it in file). For all my issues and my 10k repair I asked for a $200 gift card. I was offered to get my car detailed before it was picked up. I took what I could get. The next day I called Scott and explained that it wasn't detailed that the seats were just wiped down. He's like u should have called me when you picked it up and I would have had them fix it or you can bring it back. Scott if read this or for anyone else who reads this can you explain to Scott that it is then just a further inconvenience. This man did not seem to grasp that. I have had my car repaired there more times than I can count and you blew it! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER JACK'S!"
"Let me start by saying in 40+ years of driving this was my first accident. I wasn't sure what to expect. In the office the first woman at the front desk was a no nonsense person. You can tell she's experienced at her job and very direct. No idle chit-chat from her. However, the young lady who took the initial repot from me to the man who returned the car (my Gracie) to me; they both were professional and friendly. The young lady kept me informed on the progress during the whole process. The shop did great work in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Jack's Body Shop. Thank you for your great service ."
"Mike was the gentleman who helped me with this process from the start. I had an appointment for an estimate and he promptly started and explained to me throughout reviewing the car what he saw. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the repairs to me. He explained in detail how long the parts usually take to come in and he assured me that they would start repairing as soon as the parts were delivered. The front desk women were very helpful giving me updates on my vehicle and also being in contact with the insurance company. Jacks Body Shop and their staff have made this stressful process so much easier for me. Of course I will continue to use Jacks for my repairs etc, this is now the second vehicle of mine that they have completed work on. Along with 3 other family members cars they have repaired.
