"On Monday I dropped my car off for a warrantied replacement of my interior sun roof shade. End of day Tuesday I’m told it’s done and go to pick it up. I find that the roof is FILTHY. I am told to leave it and it will be “detailed” today. There is now a dried water/dirt stain around the roof panel. The car was dropped off for “my convenience” after two people looked at it to make sure it was clean. This looks like someone took a wet wipe to the mess, that is not detailing. The car was NOT brought in this way. Where is the quality control and service that we had a few years back? Four Fords from Causeway in the house currently. Doubt we’ll be back since Service is 3/4 of a car purchase and it’s not the first issue. Edit to add: Chris Thorn reached out and the roof was detailed to remove all dirt/grease. It took time and 3 total visits for the same issue, but it is now fixed how it should have been the first time. Moved from 1 star to 3."

"Free oil changes for life are no longer free. They now charge environmental oil disposal fees which cost over $17 all in. Coupled with the other issues I've had over the years, I am not likely to recommend them. On a positive note - the person who managed my service for the day was very pleasant, and notified me promptly when my car was ready."

"Service writer was great! I got my tires rotated and they should have 30lb. In each tire but the service man decided to put 38lbs so I had to take the truck back in to put the correct pressure back. It was only In for an oil change and tire rotation."
