"Wow am I impressed. First, I called 5+ auto repair places on a Saturday morning before 9 AM and this was the first place to answer the phone. The man I spoke to was friendly and patient. I explained that shortly after having my oil changed (at a different auto shop) my "Maint. Req'd" light came on. He said they were backed up for weeks with appointments (no wonder... I will be going here in the future as well) but that he could walk me through resetting the light over the phone. In under 60 seconds, my light is reset. Saved me hours of aggravation on a Saturday. Highly recommend!"
