I had been bringing my car to Mavis who charged me thousands, weeks of back and forth, and ultimately did not fix my car. Brought my car to J&R after being very frustrated with Mavis, and they obtained the parts and fixed everything quicker and cheaper. Brought my car back again for another reason, and they 1) diagnosed the problem no charge 2) stayed late since I couldn't find a time to come with my work schedule 3) drove to get the part for me 4) fixed it on the spot when it's something I would typically have to leave the car all day for (but couldn't because of my work schedule) 5) and offered to come in after hours (to fit my work schedule) to checkup on the car in a few days for free. I know absolutely zero about cars, but I trust J&R. HIGHLY highly recommend!"
