"I called to make an appointment for an oil change. Was told to just bring it in and it will take about an hour. An hour and half later I went to see what’s going on and was told it didn’t go in yet. I came back at 2 hours as everyone who came in after me was gone. I asked for the manager and spoke to Mike who when told I had a problem and was like what do you want me to do before he came out. Sorry but customer service is just that. See what the problem is, speak to the customer. Not what do you want me to do attitude. Oh yeah then he tells me that I wasn’t supposed to come in without appointment like it was my fault. That’s what they told me to do when I called. Luckily Freehold is not far from me either for service."
